Decisions of general meetings

13.08.2023 General meeting of the Corgi Club in Valgamaa Riidaja. 35 members, 28 participated.

  1. The general meeting decided to elect Maris Lepik, Maie Oja, Külli Rajapuu as new board members.
  2. According to the decision of the general meeting, from 01.01.2024 the membership fee of the Corgi Club is 30 euros and the annual fee is 36 euros.
  3. According to the decision of the general meeting, the contact address of the MTÜ EWCTÜ is Valgamaa, Tõrva vald 68613, Patküla.
  4. Various working groups were formed. The chairman of the breeding working group is Astrid Lundava. The chairman of the exhibition committee is Monika Mark. The social media working group includes Maie Oja, Kätlin Kull and Jekaterina Matusihis.

  1. The decision to approve the 2021 financial year report together with the presentation of the previous period's activity report.
  2. In the discussion point for other issues, it was decided to discuss the topic of future special exhibitions and breeding regulations in the group of FB members.

27.06.2021 General meeting of the Corgi Club in the Zoom environment. 31 members, 22 participated.
  1. The decision to approve the 2020 financial year report together with the presentation of the activity report of the previous period.
  2. It was proposed to create a FB page for the Corgi Club.


22.08.2020 General meeting decisions: 

  1. The general meeting decided to approve the 2019 financial year report, the decision was adopted unanimously.
